Manufacturing & FAT

In-house fabrication, Siemens PLC programming, factory acceptance test with customer-witnessed protocols.

IQ / OQ validation

Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification documents, calibration certificates, traceable test reports.

Shipping, install & training

All custom lines ship with a Siemens PLC backbone and a multilingual McgsPro HMI. Three operator screens cover live monitoring, parameter setting, and calibration — engineered for vaccine-grade traceability and 21 CFR Part 11-style audit trails.
